The room was spacious and comfortable, with modern furniture and a fully stocked kitchen. The onsen was a relaxing way to unwind after a day on the slopes. The location was good for skiing, with easy access to nearby amenities.

Getting around was a hassle, with infrequent shuttle service and inconvenient schedules. The lack of restaurants or other food options on-site or nearby made meal times a challenge.

I had an amazing time here! The spacious and comfortable rooms had all the amenities I needed such as a kitchen, a washing machine, and a phenomenal view outside my window. The staff was very helpful and proficient in English which made my stay even more pleasant. Additionally, the location was perfect for me as it was away from the crowded areas and was easily accessible through the skiing route down from the gondola.

    Nothing it was perfect.

This hotel is perfect for a family holiday. It's in a quiet location and has a free shuttle bus to nearby Hirafu. the rooms are spacious and well, equipped, with a kitchen and washing machine. the bathroom is modern and has all the amenities you need. the ski, in ski, out access is a definite perk, and the lobby has a cosy fireplace to warm up by after a day on the slopes.

The breakfast and food options are limited, and guests might have to opt for outside food.

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, ski-in/ski-out, shuttle bus provided, awesome rooms, great amenities.

There was nothing I didn't like.
